Australian Council on Healthcare Standards Clinical Indicator Program. Hospital Wide Clinical Indicator 6.1. Australian Hospital rate taken from general aggregate rate in the most recent 6 month period.
The clinical indicator is the rate of adverse transfusion events. This has been reversed to instead show the percentage of transfusions with NO adverse event.
